- Refunds
To preserve the rarity of our templates, we do not offer credits,
exchanges, or refunds. All sales are final. No exceptions.
4. PayPal Purchases
We reserve the right to request proof of identity from any PayPal member. Furthermore, all New Unverified PayPal members will be required to provide proof of identity. Proof of identity may be provided in the form of scanned copies of a driver's licence and one other supporting document, such as a utility bill or telephone bill.
